Woman fined for pulling man's privates

A 42-year-old Sakubva woman has been slapped with a $100 fine for pulling the privates of a man who protested her assault of his nine-year-old child.

Tsitsi Munhundiyani from Sakubva was convicted on her own plea of guilt by magistrate Innocent Bepura.
She faces a 30-day jail term if she fails to pay the fine by March 31.

It was the State’s case that Taurai Muomba had his privates pulled on March 6 at around 1700 hours after trying to dissuade Munhundiyani from beating his son.

Muomba had tried to talk Munhundiyani out of further assaulting his son, enraging his neighbour who turned to him and grabbed, pulled his privates.

She also insulted him with unprintable terms.

Muomba sustained painful privates but was not medically examined.
